Bi-Fold Purse

Over the weekend my purse went missing. Delaying all the phone calls I was dreading to make, Sunday night I made myself a new purse to hold a stack of non-existant cards and grumped about my old-but-new Oroton one I got just after Christmas. I scoured the web for ideas and pulled out this fabric from Ikea which is great for purses and bags as it's quite heavy.

First call on Monday morning was to American Express, and wouldn't you know it, they had a note on file that my wallet had been found. We picked it up and it was all intact, money and all. So my old wallet is back and now I have this one too.

That's a great purse. I really need a new purse. I have this lovely Nancy Bird purse but unfortunately the design has holes in it and all my coins fall out! Would you be interested in a commission or give me some tips on how to make my own?

Glad you found your purse, but this one is super cute! You said you scoured the web for ideas, did you find this pattern somewhere or make it up yourself? :)
